These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdwen platform, accessible at bdwen.org, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support features. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdwen ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). bdwen applies age verification at both registration and the point of first withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality pending document review.
2. Account Registration and Management

Each eligible player may register one bdwen account. The registration process requires accurate personal details including a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as the primary identifier for your account. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without prior notice.
Each individual may hold only one bdwen account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, bdwen reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings accrued across those accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdwen account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. bdwen will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility until you notify bdwen of any unauthorised access. Upon discovering suspected unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately at [email protected].
bdwen may require identity verification (KYC) at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Players who fail or refuse to complete KYC when requested may have their accounts restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Players are responsible for keeping account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, update your account details promptly. bdwen is not responsible for failed communications or payment delays resulting from outdated account information. Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed within 5 business days.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment terms, processing times, and conditions for transactions on bdwen
bdwen supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the four most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdwen does not apply processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made through any of the four supported local wallets. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own wallet provider, though in practice such fees are typically nil for wallet-to-wallet transfers.
The minimum deposit is ৳100 for bKash, Nagad, and Upay, and ৳200 for Rocket. There is no stated maximum single-deposit limit; however, unusually large deposits may trigger a verification review before being credited to the player's account. Deposits are ordinarily credited to the player's bdwen balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit on the account. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating period.
bdwen reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Where a player has not previously completed KYC verification, this will be required before the first withdrawal is released. For accounts with cumulative withdrawal history above certain thresholds, enhanced due diligence documentation may be requested. All such requests are made solely for compliance and player protection purposes.
bdwen does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fee on transactions processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The amount deposited equals the amount credited to your bdwen account. The amount requested for withdrawal equals the amount that arrives in your mobile wallet. For bank transfer transactions, standard banking charges may apply depending on the originating bank — these are bank charges, not bdwen charges.
Players acknowledge that all funds deposited into a bdwen account are intended for participating in games and sports betting on the platform. bdwen accounts are not bank accounts and do not earn interest. If an account is deemed dormant (no login activity for 12 consecutive months), a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 may be applied to the remaining balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdwen offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.
All bonuses issued on bdwen are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before any bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page before the player opts in. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must place total bets of ৳20,000 on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified on the promotion page.
All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming. If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus expiry period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to track their bonus expiry date and progress towards the wagering requirement.
bdwen monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value with minimal risk, systematic exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk betting strategies, and any conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay engagement. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdwen reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the player's account.
bdwen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of a modification will continue to receive the original terms of that promotion unless the modification is required by law or to prevent abuse. No bonus may be combined with another bonus unless the promotion page explicitly states that combination is permitted.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, bet, or payment transaction on bdwen, the platform reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and refund the stake to the player's account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operative principle in such circumstances. bdwen is not liable for losses resulting from a game provider's server downtime, connection issues, or technical failures outside bdwen's direct control.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are expressly forbidden on the bdwen platform
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdwen. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or closed, any pending bets voided, and any balance (including deposits, bonus funds, and winnings) forfeited in full. bdwen reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct — including fraud and money laundering — to the relevant authorities.
bdwen maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. Any deposits suspected of originating from illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation. bdwen cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Accounts involved in suspected financial crime will be frozen immediately and the matter reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, and placing bets on sporting events with knowledge of or participation in the fixing or manipulation of that event are both expressly prohibited. bdwen cooperates with sports governing bodies and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected match fixing and will report any credible suspicion to the appropriate authority.
The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform other than through a standard web browser or the official bdwen interface is strictly prohibited. Any such tool constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of the player's account and the forfeiture of any associated balance. Players who suspect another player is using automated tools are encouraged to report this to the support team.
Additional prohibited conduct includes: providing false information during registration or verification; using another person's payment details without their express consent; accessing bdwen from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment; and any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical operation of the bdwen platform.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Circumstances under which bdwen may suspend, restrict, or close a player account
bdwen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, bdwen will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within 30 days, unless the matter involves law enforcement cooperation which may extend the timeline.
Accounts may be suspended where: the player has violated any provision of these Terms; the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe; suspicious activity is detected on the account including unusual login patterns, payment anomalies, or gameplay patterns inconsistent with genuine personal use; or a self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings) may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdwen's aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
bdwen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, reputational harm, or any other financial loss not directly caused by bdwen's own negligence. This exclusion applies whether or not bdwen was advised of the possibility of such losses and applies to the full extent permitted by law.
bdwen is not liable for any losses, errors, or interruptions caused by third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed providers. The technical operation of games is the sole responsibility of the relevant provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or payment error attributable to a third-party provider, bdwen will assist the player in raising the matter with the relevant provider but cannot guarantee a particular resolution.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdwen's liability for death or personal injury caused by bdwen's own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Players retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms which shall continue in full force and effect.
